Ideas need People. Duh.
We help clients carry a core idea and build a team around it. Fluent across physical, brand and digital, we can translate thinking from all kinds of people into the solution.
Three pairs of hands.
Three idea-fascinated designers, creating from logo to product to CGI and we love it.

Mike Stevens
Written by Mark & Sam
Possessed by design and ideas. Mike is fascinated by what things do, how they work, and how they’re communicated. He instinctively combines product and brand thinking, from logo to ergonomics. He’ll discuss letter-spacing or a dial’s clickiness. All. Day.
Running on enthusiasm like a midfielder, he covers a lot of ground. He’s tuned to notice friction. Pulling ideas apart and bouncing them around until they’re tangible. All to help good people crack hard problems.

Mark Conway
Written by Mike & Sam
Our level-headed, idea-grounding, deep-thinking surfer. Surfboards sparked his obsession with form; film cameras, function. Mark listens, questions and tinkers, giving ideas room to grow.
His considered curiosity for objects, hardware, software and where they meet has developed into an annoyingly good eye for design. Even more annoyingly, he’s a freak with both sides of his brain wired up. Data, numbers and words in; clear thinking and design out.

Sam Grimes
Written by Mike & Mark
Our curious, tech-loving artist, interested in science, emerging tech and… stuff. With a media background, Sam ended up in design through visualisation and a cultural curiosity for what makes nice things, nice.
As our resident Blender wizard, he visualises, moves and pushes our ideas. Always surprising us into the usual response: “How on earth did you do that?” He gets into the nitty-gritty to create visuals that turn heads.
Good people for hard problems.
Celebrating collaboration and operating with full transparency. These are our trusted partners that enable us to punch above our weight.

Our partner in
crimeindustrial design. Daniel and his team bring the DEEP, technical industrial design expertise. We share the same eye for detail but with different lenses. We pick up riiight about where each other's capabilities end — a hint of overlap (but that's where the magic is).Projects: 05

Taledo
Easiest metaphorised as our 'technological binoculars.' Taledo helps us navigate digital landscapes with clients to build sites and software that work from back-end to front-end and back. Pete continually surprises us with how simply he explains complex stuff.

Marker
Troy, Lloyd and Matt are at the peak of their powers — industry-leading, industrial design dudes. We'd happily be a fly on the wall just to learn from them, but they're working on such cool stuff that we want to help communicate.

ONETWOSIX
Sarah and Mike (126 Mike not Fossick Mike) have worked at some big names, you might have heard of them: Sony, Facebook, Google and Monzo. Despite this, when they need something designed they come to us? Fun fact! We once worked on a project 4 blokes called Mike in the small team.

Pipeline
Our partners for when things get…financial? (You heard us). We think as a financial and creative team so people have clarity on both fronts — pretty cool hey! Their insight provides the foundations for what we create and we provide them with the ideas to help business grow.

Stakk Studio
Anton and his team of designer-inventors are our kinda freaks (the best kind). When something seems impossible, they can figure it out — trust. They're full-stakk design and make. We ground and communicate their ideas and they ground ours, literally.

Hellofuture
These lovely people let us borrow space in their studio and bask in their creative glory. Such good company breeds good ideas. When they need something animated or visualised, the studio comes together—all the warm and fuzzies.

Ecobarista
Russ and his team are our go-to packaging people. They save us from drowning in the piles of packaging reference and ephemera, piece our ideas together and help us apply our (questionably weird) level of detail and care for packaging semantics.

We’re people, people.
Everyone wins when we share ideas, insights and information. If it helps someone else make something better, we’ve won.
